Our League's goal is to help in the development of young people who learn not only the fundamentals of football in a competitive atmosphere, but they also learn about character. We practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. Our League stresses learning lessons of value, such as self-discipline, teamwork, friendship, respect, leadership, and having FUN along the way!!! THE KIDS COME FIRST POLICY: Is the reason for our continued success.
It is through the support of corporate and individual sponsors that we are able to provide and safe environment for our kids to learn the game of football. This “Safe Environment” includes but is not limited to quality gear, helmets, shoulder pads, etc in addition to covering the costs for all of our coaches to take online USA Football certification classes to be trained not only in safe tackling and blocking techniques, but to understand and immediately address the symptoms of concussion, heat & hydration concerns, and sudden cardiac arrest in our young athletes.
Helmets need to be re-certified on a regular basis. After so many years, we need to replace not only helmets but shoulder pads and pants as well. We make every attempt to provide our players with the best gear we can afford.
We, the BEYFCL, want our kids to focus on football and cheer not selling sometimes overpriced 3rd party products that benefit a 3rd party fundraising company as much as our league. It is for this reason that we have provided this opportunity for corporate and individual donations directly to the BEYFCL. Short of the typical credit card processing fees, 100% of the funds can be used by the league for or kids!
